The Khegits will utterly annihilate the infantry that gets close. Klethi will keep hanging behind them, trying to keep as many as possible distracted from my archers. If they keep advancing in good order instead, Klethi plants a javelin in their commander's head. The infantry will split between going forward and chasing after Klethi. The enemy crossbows will start hanging back, trying to shoot at Klethi. I may kill a few with my javelins, but only if I can do so safely. I circle the enemy' with Klethi and come at them from the opposite direction from my archers. I ride forward with Klethi, shield up, until the enemy crossbowmen spot her, and start shooting at her. I place the cavalry, which includes companions and crushers, to their left side and back, in sight from the enemy's line of approach. I dismount the horse archers, and put them on a hill.
I equip Klethi with some throwing weapons, at least one, possibly two shields. I place Klethi in command, trained as a throwing specialist.
